Crew Member
From maintenance to plant health to tree care to landscape enhancements, we train our hires to EarthWorks standards and help you find where you fit best.
Irrigation tech
Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems that keep Texas landscapes healthy. We provide hands-on training—no prior experience required.

Lead your crew (typically 5 people) to deliver quality work on every site. You're hands-on in the field while managing schedules, quality control, and crew performance.
safety coordinator
Train crews, conduct site inspections, and ensure everyone uses equipment properly. You help minimize risk and keep our people safe across your branch.
